  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am – 6.00pm)

Job Description:

  • Handle accounts related duties
  • Handle Payment Claims, Bank Reconciliation
  • Handle HR and Office Administration work
  • Handle ISO documentation and audit
  • Assist superiors on ad-hoc assigned tasks

Qualifications :

  • G.C.E. ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years local accounts working experience
  • Experience working with Accounting Software
  • Goal-oriented and meticulous to details
  • Good communication skills and a proactive team player
  • Ability to work independently and Problem-solving
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of current legislation and guidance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Accounting or equivalent (Preferred)
