Brand Marketing & Partnership Lead Europe [Portugal]


 

Camplify Holdings Limited (CHL) is a global adventure travel technology company. It was formed in 2021 and consists of three travel brands: Camplify, PaulCamper and MyWay. We're now looking for a talented and experienced Brand Marketing & Partnership Lead to help us build our brand across Europe.

Our brands

Camplify was founded in Newcastle, Australia, in 2015, and is a peer-to-peer van-sharing platform operating across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Spain. It has been identified as one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies, placing #9 in the AFR’s Fast 100 (2022) and #4 in AFR’s Most Innovative Companies (2022).

PaulCamper, another peer-to-peer van-sharing platform, was founded in Germany in 2013 and has since expanded to Austria, the Netherlands and the UK. PaulCamper was acquired by CHL Group in 2022 and continues to operate from its HQ in Berlin.

MyWay – launching in 2023 – provides a suite of insurance products to RV owners and hirers, giving them the confidence to fully engage with CHL Group’s peer-to-peer platforms.

Together, these three brands form a global group focused on elevating outdoor experiences through scalable tech solutions. We’re transforming the way people access the outdoors and explore the world around them

The Role

As the Brand Marketing & Partnership Lead in Europe, you'll be responsible for building CHL’s brands through a variety of channels, including brand partnerships, PR, social media, and influencer collaborations. You'll report to the Global Head of Brand & Comms and work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately, grows our community of freedom seekers and van owners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a brand marketing and partnership strategy for CHL’s brands in Europe
  • Identify and cultivate brand partnerships that align with our brands’ values and mission
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, such as travel journalists,, influencers and media outlets
  • Lead influencer collaborations and social media campaigns that engage and grow our audience
  • Create and manage PR campaigns that help raises our brands' profile in the media
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships to continuously improve results

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel or tech industry
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing and partnership initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A passion for travel and the outdoors
  • Be multilingual, with a preference for English primary with German or Spanish, to better communicate with potential brand partners and influencers in different markets.
