Personal Assistant [Malaysia]


 

JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, making efficient use of time. 2. Arrange travel itinerary and hotel accommodation. 3. Responsible with administrative duties. 4. Ensure that all internal & external documents are managed efficiently and properly recorded. 5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. REQUIREMENTS 1. Possess at least a Diploma in any fields. 2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar duties and responsibilities. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external. 5. Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin and English as role require interaction with Mandarin and English speaking clients.
