Pierre Landscape has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the Estimating team. The ideal individual will demonstrate continuous improvement and an innovative approach with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Take Offs
- Request for Take Offs through outside vendor
- Requests for quotes internally and externally to vendors
- Helping with assigning bids on the calendar
- Other Administrative duties
Qualifications:
Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). On Screen Take-Off a plus
Highly organized, must have follow through & follow up, and be detail oriented.
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team, must have a can do attitude.
Strong oral/written communication skills, ethics, and integrity
Hourly wage $20 - $23 based on experience
Our office hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Monday through Friday
