The appointee is required to perform day-to-day administrative operations and provide effective and efficient logistics support to the school/centre; to assist in programme/course implementation/centre operation, e.g. timetabling, arrangement of teaching venue, course registration and add-drop process, class attendance list, clinical practicum arrangement; to arrange meetings including taking notes and compiling papers and reports; to assist in procurement of consumables and equipment; to liaise with internal administrative and academic units and external organizations; and to carry out any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Applicants should have the ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently; be self-motivated with positive work attitude and have good team spirit; possess good planning, problem-solving, interpersonal and organization skills; and have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
Applicants with less qualifications / experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Officer.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
