Functions:
Handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback with empathy, patience and professionalism.
Identify and understand the unique needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to their problems.
Work closely with other teams to improve the overall customer experience, identifying pain points and developing strategies to address them.
Responsible for implementing changes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsible measuring customer satisfaction, analyze customer feedback to improve the company's offerings.
Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales and product development for communicating customer insights to inform their decision-making.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma holder or higher is preferred.
Minimum 1 year relevance working experience in a voice channel in customer service.
Available to work on a rotational shift.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong in time management skills and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Training provided.
Experience in telco industry and serving Singapore market will be an added advantage.
