NMS INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGAMENT IS LOOKING FOR A GYPSUM & ALUMINUM CARPENTER & PAINTER.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CARPENTER:
1. A minimum of 2years experience as a gypsum & aluminum carpenter is required.
2. Knowledge and proficiency in the use of hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and screwdrivers are essential for this occupation.
3. Skills in estimating dimensions and cutting material accurately using standard carpentry techniques are also important skills for this career path.
4. Ability to read blueprints or other schematics will be helpful when planning out construction projects
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAINTER:
- A minimum experience of 2 years as a painter
- Reading blueprints/instructions and examining surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
- Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
- Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
